Mistake log: 1.0.0.3

It's finally here: real, tangible gameplay. Incredible. I've implemented a queue system that allows you to select tasks and then research them, along with a new power management system, but have yet to add the following:

- Accessible UI for the queue system; notices, reset queue, etc

- Watt limit; you can go into the negatives, will add fail state later

- Friendlier overall UI and sound design.
